Potomac Construction accomplished a state of the art kitchen makeover for The Inn at Little Washington in just eight days. Potomac Construction is a Full-Service General Contractor specializing in the construction of Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality and other Commercial Specialty spaces, which include Groceries, Cafeterias, Gyms, Healthcare and Banks, in the DC Metro and select Mid-Atlantic areas.

We spot the feasibility concerns they may not recognize, and we know what it costs to mitigate them.
Pre-Construction
There are ideas, estimates and expectations when clients come to us with a project. We take all those facets and develop an achievable plan. That can include project scope development, trade contractor bid solicitations and selection, and answering the biggest question of all: How much is it going to cost? We bring the power of foresight and precision to design a realistic budget that optimizes a project owner’s financial resources
Value Engineering
Our team is highly experienced at working with clients on a set budget. We work to save our clients money, while considering the project’s functionality, appeal and design and curate the many options available that still honor those intentions.” With our guidance, clients will understand the pros and cons of all options, so they can make thoughtful decisions that meet the needs of their project and its purpose.
Close out
Potomac Construction eases the common fear that a general contractor will disappear after the project is substantially complete. To us, a project doesn’t end when the punch-list is final. Our clients are served by a dedicated close-out team and are assigned a point of contact who remains available for any questions or concerns that may develop. If a problem arises, we coordinate with the proper trade contractor or with our internal team for a quick resolution.
